Job summary

Kiddie Academy International, Inc. is seeking an Early Childhood Education Regional Manager for the Atlanta area. This in-market remote role supports franchisees with educational and operational guidance, marketing insight, and training program development.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years managing multiple child care facilities, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 75% nationwide is required to align and assist Academies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit child care facility management.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience with sales, marketing, financial analysis, regulatory agencies, and business management.
• Willingness to travel to academy locations nationwide up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational and operational analysis to support Franchise owners and staff.
• Advise on marketing and business planning for Academies.
• Assist in establishing educational programming and training across locations.
