Job summary

ViewSonic is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the dedicated technical resource for the Southeast/South-Central US. The role covers pre-sales discovery, hands-on installation, commissioning, and post-sale support of dvLED and ProAV solutions. You will travel up to 75% and operate from or near the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will collaborate with sales, channel partners and internal teams, deliver demos, and train partners on solutions while representing ViewSonic at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of dvLED, projectors and digital signage systems.
• Experience with LED cabinet installation and calibration.
• Understanding of networking and AV system integration concepts.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 75% and relocate to Dallas area if needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to design dvLED and ProAV solutions for customers.
• Perform on-site discovery, surveys, and installation readiness checks.
• Install and commission dvLED systems and calibrate cabinets.
• Serve as technical escalation between service, engineering and product teams.
• Deliver product demos and proofs of concept for partners and customers.
• Build relationships with integrators and end users across regions.
• Provide training and create solution documentation for partners and internal teams.
• Document site conditions and commissioning results per standards.
• Represent ViewSonic at trade shows and industry events.
