Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an experienced Project Engineer II to lead DirectView LED installations in field settings. You will serve as LG's on-site technical representative, partnering with System Integration teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex designs into world-class visual experiences.

The role requires 2–4 years DVLED installation experience, knowledge of DVLED, NovaStar/Megapixel systems, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• DVLED installation experience (2–4 years)
• Knowledge of DVLED technology, mounting systems, module handling
• Familiarity with controller configuration, image mapping, and basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers and System Integration Partners to keep installations on schedule
• Provide installation and product operation training for teams
• Act as on-site technical liaison between customers, sales, vendors, and partners
• Troubleshoot installation, configuration, and integration issues
• Evaluate site conditions and safety requirements before work begins
• Verify inventory, BOMs, and shipping docs
• Maintain project documentation and status reports
• Provide product insights to influence next-gen DVLED improvements
• Support product demonstrations and events with technical setup
• Offer remote technical support when on-site is not required
