Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover multiple markets in the western region, including Phoenix, Portland, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Denver. You will develop opportunities, negotiate large displays, and collaborate with field teams to achieve regional volume goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, partnership with distributors, and travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business or sales experience; college degree preferred.
• Experience with DSD distributors essential.
• 1–2 years of people management preferred.
• Account sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business math.
• Strong analytical skills and initiative; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and increase display activity in the region.
• Call on large format divisions and local chains to activate calendars and negotiate displays.
• Analyze VIP/IRI data to identify selling opportunities and prepare sell sheets.
• Collaborate with field sales and HQ teams on market priorities.
• Work with distributor sales on pricing and promotions; execute sales strategies.
• Deliver annual volume objectives and expand account distribution.
