Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in North Canton, OH is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build driver pipelines and partner with operations leaders to fill open positions. You will manage full-cycle recruitment from lead to hire, conduct outreach by phone, email and text, and screen candidates to ensure qualifications for hire.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
1+ years of recruiting experience; transportation recruiting preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle (lead to hire) management of driver recruitment for designated region.
Create and implement targeted recruitment activities (call, email, text blitzes).
Monitor safety-sensitive candidate applications in ATS.
Screen prospective drivers and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers and compliance for smooth onboarding.
Demonstrate strong customer service in candidate communications.
