Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing, scheduling, and driver assignments to optimize on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety policies across operations.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Utilize TMS and other operational tools to monitor performance and drive efficiency.
