Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a District Manager for Western New England to oversee multiple business units and drive profitability and growth. You will coach Branch Managers, align regional goals with corporate targets, and partner with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and HR to optimize resources and processes.

The role requires 7–10 years of management experience with P&L responsibility, travel 25–50%, and a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Environmental Science preferred.
• 7–10 years of management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of health, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple business units within Western New England region.
• Develop budgets and business plans; monitor performance and address issues.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and HR to optimize operations.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
