You will oversee multiple branches, drive safety, efficiency, and financial performance, and develop leaders across regions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial distribution or manufacturing operations, strong team leadership, and a track record of scaling operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with supply chain/inventory management in a B2B setting.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations, DOT logistics, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for multiple branches and facilities.
• Ensure alignment with operational standards, policies, and best practices.
• Drive efficiency, service reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction across the region.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and frontline supervisors.
