Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple stores in our region. You will drive performance, coach General Managers, and coordinate leadership growth to sustain profitable outcomes.

The role requires a track record of managing several locations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to align store teams with our values and growth plans. This is a full-time, on-site role based in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or similar concentration.
• 3+ years of District Manager experience (car wash and/or F&B preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Occasional ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance by reviewing daily numbers with General Managers.
• Strategize brand awareness and growth with regional teams.
• Oversee multiple sites' operations to meet company goals.
• Lead development of management teams across locations.
• Coordinate budget planning with the Regional Director of Operations.
