Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Management experience required.
• 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple stores and drives performance across the district.
• Ensures standards are executed consistently and identifies areas for improvement.
• Conducts store visits for compliance and feedback.
