Job summary

Rally House is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores and drive district-level sales and financial results. You will develop Head Coaches, ensure standards are executed consistently, and provide clear direction to elevate performance across all locations.

Responsibilities include working with store leaders, analyzing district performance, and driving initiatives to improve the customer experience. Occasional travel within the district and weekend/hours as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Management experience.
• 1-2 years of multi-store management preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stores and drive district-level sales and performance.
• Develop Head Coaches and ensure standards are executed consistently.
• Provide direction, coaching and feedback to store managers to elevate results.
• Drive labor, scheduling and expense control across the district.
