Job summary

Rally House is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores within a designated district, driving sales, scheduling, and expense control while mentoring Store Managers. The role emphasizes developing Head Coaches, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across locations.

Travel within the district is required, with weekends, holidays, and events often affecting work hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Management experience required.
• 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks at a time during events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stores and drive district-level sales and financial results.
• Develop Head Coaches and ensure standards are executed consistently across locations.
• Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks to meet objectives; manage schedules and labor within guidelines.
• Analyze financial data to identify weaknesses and opportunities and coach store managers accordingly.
• Lead the district in customer experience, visual presentation, and operational excellence.
