Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple Dairy Queen locations within a designated region. The role includes ensuring high standards in customer service, product quality, and profitability, while supervising restaurant managers and staff and ensuring proper training and execution of duties.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with multi-unit food service management experience and a strong leadership background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality management, or 4 years additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-unit food service management role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Required Travel: up to 75% of the time.
• Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• For internal candidates, individual must be a current District Training Specialist in good standing with the organization.
