Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple retail locations within a defined territory. The role emphasizes leading the Retail Team, driving sales, and executing brand initiatives in Southern California and beyond.

The candidate will manage budgets, P&L, training, and development while ensuring policy adherence and high-performing teams. Occasional travel is required, with a focus on elevating store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles in retail operations.
• 7+ years of experience in store management is required.
• 3+ years of multi-store management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of the Retail Team within applicable territory.
• Oversee training, development and succession planning within applicable territory.
• Oversee weekly store management conference calls and coach Store Managers.
• Lead store visits and develop store management teams and ensure compliance.
• Manage budgets, sales plans and KPIs within territory.
• Leverage monthly sales and KPI reporting to drive results.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting with Store Managers (P&L) and expenses.
• Manage all controlled expenses in partnership with Store Managers.
• Supervise store financial trackers and ensure consistency.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies within territory stores.
• Assist with inventory processes at store locations.
• Partner with Marketing on brand initiatives and sales drives.
• Identify operational efficiency opportunities and implement initiatives.
