Job summary

Dole Fresh Fruit Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Regional Product Distribution Analyst to optimize logistics and inventory across multiple channels. You will balance inventory investments with customer service, analyze production and distribution data, and drive cost savings while maintaining efficient product movement regionally.

The role requires 3+ years in Sales/Distribution/Logistics, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Distribution or Logistics
• Computer proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and email.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule when necessary (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to travel as needed for business meetings
• D365 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle manifests, vessel confirmation, product allocation, inventory, orders and bookings per Sales and Distribution requirements.
• Manage production demand for sales pre-orders and adjust manifests in D365 to assign vessels to ports in North America.
• Oversee 3rd party vessel activity and manifests when applicable.
• Validate goods on vessel discharge to ensure correct destination disbursement.
• Assess impact of production on customer service, profitability and vessel utilization.
• Lead daily reconciliation of port and warehouse inventories and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee daily inventory to maximize customer volumes and revenue; address variances.
• Forecast banana and plantain demand for divisional LATAM customers; manage demand planning models.
• Troubleshoot daily sales orders, terminal availability or LATAM supply variances.
• Contribute to projects to drive efficiency and cost savings as requested by Lead Product Manager or VP, Ops Services.
