The role emphasizes accurate inventory, timely shipment coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipping and receiving documentation for stock transfers, trades, and shipments.
• Coordinate loading/unloading appointments with carriers and warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation for audits.
• Support cycle counts, recalls, and inventory investigations.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, QA, Production, Transportation, and Accounting teams.
