Right Traffic, LLC, a leader in traffic control, is hiring a Regional Scheduling Coordinator in Beaver Falls, PA. You will coordinate field crews, assign tasks, and maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure timely service and efficient routing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience (traffic control industry preferred).
• Strong computer skills; ability to learn multiple systems (Roads/Atlas, Verizon Connect, MS Teams).
• Typing efficiency of 50+ WPM (testing will be conducted).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch jobs to employees based on proximity and availability.
• Monitor vehicle movement in Verizon Connect to ensure crews are en route and on schedule.
• Cross-reference jobs scheduled in Roads/Atlas with real-time GPS data for accuracy.
• Maintain continuous communication with field crews, supervisors, and customers throughout the day.
• Log dispatch activity and update job statuses in internal systems.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
