Job summary

Right Traffic is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in East Liverpool, OH to efficiently coordinate field crews and assignments. You will monitor fleet activity with Verizon Connect and cross-check schedules using Roads/Atlas to ensure timely, accurate dispatching.

The role requires strong communication, 1–3 years of dispatch experience, and a 50+ WPM typing speed. Weekend Thursday-Sunday 9am-7pm shift with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.
• 1–3 years of dispatching/logistics experience in traffic control preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM; tested on this.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch jobs to employees based on proximity and availability.
• Monitor vehicle movement using Verizon Connect.
• Cross-reference Roads/Atlas with GPS data for accuracy.
• Maintain communication with field crews, supervisors, and customers.
• Log dispatch activity and update job statuses.
• Address customer concerns by phone; escalate when needed.
• Document dispatch issues and notify supervisors.
• Follow call procedures and greet callers with company name.
• Perform start-of-day vehicle movement checks.
• Participate in dispatch meetings and training.
