OWL Services LLC is seeking a Regional Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations, optimize routes, and lead field communication. The role emphasizes supervising the dispatch team, improving service delivery, and ensuring effective resource allocation across vehicles, equipment, and personnel.

Formación

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Dispatching Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching operations, route optimization, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and decision making.
• Proficiency in dispatching software.

• Monitor and manage daily dispatching activities to ensure timely responses and service delivery.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to meet operational needs.
