Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a District Discovery Program Coach in Cincinnati, OH to focus on player development within the Academy pathway. You will provide supplemental soccer instruction, identify rising talent from the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky region, and support coaching education within the local market.

Reporting to the Pre Academy & Discovery Program Manager, you will collaborate on Pre Formation development, manage U9–U12 recruitment, and help implement the Club

Qualifications

• Broad soccer background with ability to deliver soccer-specific content.
• Strong organization and communication to manage multiple programs and priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required; US Soccer C license or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Development Program on Pre Formation player development and identification; lead curriculum development in Cincinnati, Dayton and NKY.
• Support Regional Discovery training programs; assist in recruitment for U9–U12; maintain recruitment database and training records.
• Regularly assess performance through evaluations; support development opportunities outside the Academy as needed.
• Contribute to implementing the Club Performance Plan and uphold knowledge/work ethic standards.
• Seek educational opportunities to grow as a coach and assist in club development.
• Maintain positive relationships with public partners to enhance brand and community engagement.
