Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Regional Client Care Manager for the Utah and Nevada Region, based in Las Vegas or Salt Lake City. You will lead a volunteer-led team delivering disaster care, health services, and family support, while aligning with national policies and regional priorities.

As regional lead, you will deploy to disasters at least once per year, develop community partnerships, and ensure readiness and compassionate service across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building, mobilizing, leading, and developing volunteer teams.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a diverse volunteer team implementing disaster cycle services.
• Implement disaster cycle services activities within the region.
• Develop disaster volunteers and leadership volunteers for readiness, response, and recovery.
• Engage communities and partners to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.
• Build relationships in a matrix with internal partners and volunteers.
• Serve as the regional disaster subject matter expert to maximize presence and engagement.
• Coordinate disaster relief operations in the region as needed.
