Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced relationship-builder and sales professional to drive acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions within a defined territory. You will build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners, and act as a strategic partner to identify client needs and position investment solutions.

The role is telecommute with regular travel within the territory, requiring residence within the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Experience in consultative sales, business development or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of investment products and portfolio concepts.
Travel within territory is required.

Responsibilities

Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions across the territory.
Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
Act as a strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position investment solutions.
Join advisor meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
Develop knowledge of investment philosophies, portfolios and client needs.
