Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within tax, accounting, wealth management, or professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated ownership of a regional business with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience leading organizations through scale, operational transformation, or post-acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Own regional business performance for Tax & Accounting: revenue growth, profitability, client retention, operational efficiency, and team performance.
• Lead operational integration of acquired firms including workflows and service delivery standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional leadership team.
