Our Client seeks a Tax Managing Director, Core Tax Services to lead Houston-based tax engagements, mentor teams, and drive growth with executive-level clients. You will oversee complex compliance, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-impact environment.

You bring 15+ years of tax experience, CPA or equivalent, strong leadership, relationship management, and a track record of delivering innovative tax solutions for multinational clients in a fast-paced professional

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting, private industry, consulting, or professional services.
• Active CPA certification, admission as an attorney in a U.S. jurisdiction, IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) designation, or an equivalent credential.

Responsabilidades

• Direct complex federal, state, and other applicable tax compliance engagements with oversight.
• Lead tax research and ASC 740 matters, providing guidance to teams.
• Develop strategic tax planning, client advisory, and business development initiatives.
