Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; degree will be verified.
• Master’s degree in clinical or business field preferred; verification required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in surgical services.
• Experience balancing clinical, regulatory, financial goals across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Surgical Services across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical programs and service lines to advance initiatives.
• Engage physicians and leaders to drive growth and quality outcomes.
• Oversee budgets, staffing models, and labor costs to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
