Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a strategic leader to direct Surgical Services across multiple facilities. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drive staffing and budget efficiency.

The role partners with nursing, clinical programs, and service lines to advance enterprise initiatives. You will engage physicians, mentor directors, and lead workforce development while supporting travel across assigned Surgical Services areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• Master’s degree in a clinical or business field from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Demonstrated understanding of surgical services policies and guidelines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel across assigned Surgical Services areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple facilities.
• Ensures quality and safety measures, compliance, and accreditations.
• Manages facility budgets, staffing models, and resource stewardship.
• Leads enterprise surgical service initiatives and strategic projects.
• Partners with physicians and caregivers to drive engagement and outcomes.
