Job summary

Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah seeks a Service Line Operations Manager to lead daily oversight of projects and teams within the Service Line. This hybrid, part-time (20 hours weekly) role blends on-site collaboration with regional initiatives and requires strong project management and analytical skills to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in healthcare settings across multiple sites.
• Experience developing and implementing service line strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic initiatives leadership for service line operational, clinical and financial metrics.
• Support markets in achieving financial metrics and adherence to policies.
• Engage providers in development and adoption of best practices and productivity models.
• Partner with market leadership for project implementation.
• Ensure patient care delivery aligns with service line standards.
• Develop reports and track key performance indicators.
• Deploy operational standards on productivity and panel size.
• Create action plans to engage physicians, APPs, and caregivers.
