Job summary

Bible Study Fellowship in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Regional Director Coordinator to support the Regional Director team through admin, operations and technology—keeping information organized and accessible across divisions.

You will coordinate communications, calendars, travel, reports, and data across platforms like Smartsheet and SharePoint, partnering with Headquarters staff and Area Personnel to empower leaders and ministries worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clerical, administrative, or office support experience.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn workflow, database, and web-based systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate complex information and data clearly across teams and departments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a system-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships while working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Experience as a BSF leader preferred.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support communications to Regional Directors and Area Personnel across multiple regions.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, events, reports, and scheduling needs for the Regional Director team.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, projects, and ministry initiatives.
• Assist the Director of Regional Directors through coordination and collaboration with Headquarters departments and divisions.
• Serve as the primary administrator for workflow and tracking software programs.
• Manage purchase requisitions and financial processes for international Area Personnel in partnership with the Finance team.
• Coordinate reporting, tracking, and data management across platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other collaborative tools.
• Help ensure technology solutions effectively support the needs of Regional Directors and Area Personnel by ensuring accurate data collection and providing data analysis and reports.
