Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
Minimum 3 years of BSF experience required.
BSF leadership experience preferred.
Experience with BSF website and mobile apps preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure your team is onboarded, trained and familiar with current processes.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to Member Support requests.
Provide leadership and supervision to Volunteer Member Support Representatives.
Ensure that the more complex issues are expedited and communicated to appropriate staff.
Provide Technical Assistance and support to clients on computer systems, hardware and software issues.
Prepare reports ensuring accurate data.
Keep accurate records of requests and resolutions.
