Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive B2B sales in higher education, SaaS, or enterprise accounts.
• 3–5+ years of direct sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder institutional sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, discount governance, and contract execution.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Operational rigor with consistent processes, accountability rhythms, and CRM discipline.
• Track record of developing diverse, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue performance and account strategy across the territory.
• Translate vision into regional operating plans with clear goals and processes for execution.
• Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline rigor with data-validated forecasting.
• Lead development of strategic account plans leveraging analytics and market trends.
• Guide complex deal strategy and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Coach Directors on negotiation and commercial rigor, including pricing governance.
• Advance IA/EA/CU execution with data fluency for planning and forecasting.
• Build partnerships with Solutions Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
