Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Regional Director for the U.S. East to oversee data center operations across multiple sites, setting regional standards for performance, reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

You will mentor local teams, guide site leadership, manage regional budgets, and serve as the escalation point for incidents, while driving capacity planning and alignment with demand, roadmaps, and long‑term infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple data center sites and set regional standards for performance, reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
• Conduct audits on-site, support emergency response, mentor local teams, and ensure consistent execution in the field.
• Guide site leadership, manage regional budgets and forecasts, and act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.
• Drive capacity planning and growth readiness, aligning MW, rack space, staffing, and workforce plans with customer demand, product roadmaps, and long-term infrastructure strategy.
• Use KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and operational data to track uptime, incident response, maintenance execution, security performance, and regional readiness.
• Standardize SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
