Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking an Area Director of Operations to lead community-level performance and oversee patient care and operational support within assigned host communities. You will drive growth, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and supervise staff to achieve targets.

Responsibilities include staff training, coordinating with leadership, and maintaining HIPAA/PHI standards while aligning service lines with company goals and initiatives. Travel will be required.
