Who You Are

As a Regional Director of Sales, you will work under the VP of Business Development to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region. You will manage multiple districts, collaborate with Property Managers, Owners, and C-suite Executives to build and present a value-based offering driven by ROI, design sales programs, set strategies, and evaluate new sales techniques to increase sales volume and market share. You may also recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Generate new business by developing relationships, networking, and outbound lead-generation.
  2. Develop and oversee strategic sales/marketing plans based on industry knowledge, B2B experience, and business acumen.
  3. Close new business while achieving revenue and profit goals.
  4. Present proposals demonstrating value and financial impact.
  5. Ensure client retention goals are met.
  6. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  7. Build relationships with multi-family portfolio decision-makers.
  8. Assist in identifying, cultivating, and closing national portfolio accounts.
  9. Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities.
  10. Meet revenue goals while improving gross margin.
  11. Utilize technology effectively within the sales process, including Salesforce.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience achieving sales and profitability goals for a region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Business and financial acumen with market trend recognition skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Effective multitasking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership qualities, teamwork, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience with multi-family portfolio relationships.
  • Remote work experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
