Who You Are

As a Regional Director of Sales, you will work under the VP of Business Development to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region. You will manage multiple districts, collaborate with property managers, owners, and executives to build value-based offerings, and develop sales strategies. You will also evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase sales volume and market share, and may recommend product or service enhancements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate industry relationships through networking and outbound lead-generation.
  • Create and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Close new business and meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Present proposals demonstrating value and financial impact.
  • Maintain client retention goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in multi-family portfolios.
  • Assist in identifying and closing national accounts.
  • Participate in industry events and networking.
  • Achieve revenue goals and improve gross margins.
  • Utilize technology like Salesforce effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience achieving regional profitability goals.
  • Proven success in exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Business and financial acumen with market trend analysis skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience with multi-family portfolio relationships.
  • Remote work experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
