Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Role

Position: Regional Sales Director

Location: Remote - Mid Atlantic Region focus, including Atlanta, GA

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission

Mission

The Regional Sales Director's mission is to achieve revenue goals and strategic objectives by acquiring new corporate clients.

Requirements

We seek a driven, self-motivated sales professional with a proven record in client acquisition and relationship management. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and execute a pipeline of new clients
  2. Handle objections throughout the sales cycle to advance opportunities
  3. Conduct research and discovery for client presentations
  4. Track and report key data in CRM systems
  5. Communicate the value proposition effectively
  6. Assess and expand service offerings to existing clients
  7. Maintain a client-focused approach and set appropriate expectations
  8. Collaborate with marketing for industry events
  9. Develop relationships with prospective clients and channel partners
Experience & Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business administration or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Motivated to improve healthcare operational efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Strong collaboration skills across organizational levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to do whatever it takes
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Previous outsourcing sales to healthcare practitioners
  • Familiarity with hospital/clinic environments
  • Knowledge of Healthcare IT or digital healthcare tech (preferred but not required)
