AdaptHealth, LLC seeks a Director of Regional Respiratory to oversee the clinical respiratory program and coordinate department operations. You will ensure staff competency, manage budgets, and maintain performance improvement activities while collaborating with physicians and leadership.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, reporting on utilization and outcomes, and guiding education and training for staff to uphold quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AMA approved respiratory program; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of director-level experience in healthcare.
• Two years healthcare experience, preferably in a sales environment.
• Two years of management experience required.
• Valid and unrestricted RT license in all states serviced.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical respiratory program and department operations.
• Coordinate and supervise department functions and staff.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulations.
• Maintain records and prepare utilization and performance reports.
• Support sales team and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Promote safety and quality aligned with mission.
• Coordinate education and training for staff.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and PPE procedures.
