Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Psychological Health in Wrightstown, NJ. This role involves directing psychological health services to ensure Soldiers receive consistent, evidence-based care and support. Candidates must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.

Knowledge of the Military Health System and behavioral health referral systems is essential. The position offers a competitive salary range between $105,000 and $115,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Clinical counseling experience within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to guide clinical recommendations.
• Provide behavioral health consultation to Soldiers and care teams.
• Manage timely connections to military or community behavioral health providers.
• Advise leadership on behavioral health trends and Soldier readiness.
• Deliver training on behavioral health topics and suicide prevention.
• Respond to high-stress events and ensure appropriate follow-up.
