Qualifications

• Must possess LCSW or LPC.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for clinical recommendations.
• Provide behavioral health consultation to Soldiers and leaders.
• Manage referrals to ensure continuity of care.
• Advise on behavioral health trends and Soldier readiness.
• Deliver training on resilience and suicide prevention.
• Respond to high-stress events with coordination.
• Support program operations and quality assurance.
