Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier-Health Services, LLC is looking for a Regional Director of Psychological Health. This role is essential in directing and evaluating psychological health services across an Army Reserve region. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing consultations, and managing referrals to ensure Soldier readiness.

Applicants must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor with a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package will be offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required.
• Current unrestricted state license is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to guide clinical recommendations.
• Provide behavioral health consultation to Soldiers and leaders.
• Manage referrals to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate care among providers and commands.
• Consult with commanders on behavioral health trends.
• Deliver training on behavioral health and suicide prevention.
• Provide critical incident support after traumatic events.
• Support behavioral health program operations.
