Goldbelt Glacier Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Psychological Health to oversee psychological health services across an Army Reserve region. This role entails directing evidence-based care, ensuring compliance with program standards, and integrating resources for Soldier readiness.

Formación

• Must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Current unrestricted state license required.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to guide clinical recommendations.
• Provide behavioral health consultation to Soldiers and leaders.
• Manage referrals to ensure continuity of care.
• Consult with commanders on behavioral health trends.
• Deliver training on behavioral health and resilience.
• Provide critical incident support during traumatic events.
• Support program operations through data tracking and quality assurance.
