Job summary
Goldbelt Glacier Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Psychological Health to lead the delivery of behavioral health services across an Army Reserve region. This role ensures evidence-based care and integration of resources supporting Soldier readiness and resilience.
The successful candidate will possess relevant clinical licensures and significant experience in military behavioral health systems. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Possess LCSW or LPC licensure.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.
- Clinical counseling experience within the last 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to guide clinical recommendations.
- Provide behavioral health consultation to Soldiers and leaders.
- Manage referrals to ensure continuity of care.
- Advise leadership on behavioral health trends and Soldier readiness.
- Deliver training on behavioral health topics to Soldiers.
- Provide critical incident support during high-stress events.
- Assist with program implementation and quality assurance.
