Job summary

Ccrmivf is seeking a Regional Director of Provider Relations (Physician Liaison) to lead a field-based team across the Central region in a hybrid role. You will own territory performance, drive referrals, and partner with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to align strategy and growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will coach 4–7 Physician Liaisons, manage pipeline metrics, and accelerate patient volume while maintaining excellent provider relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Experience building and maintaining provider/referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and manage a team of 4-7 Physician Liaisons, ensuring accountability and alignment with goals.
• Provide ongoing mentorship through regular 1:1 meetings and field coaching.
• Drive net new provider referrals and patient volume growth within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with leaders to align strategy and share best practices across markets.
• Maintain reporting of engagement activity, referrals, and territory metrics.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Physician Liaisons.
• Lead by example through field engagement and relationship management.
