Job summary

The Community Builders is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management for the Great Lakes region (Ohio and Michigan). This role will oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties and drive occupancy and budgets while guiding site teams toward exemplary performance.

You will collaborate with the development, finance, and Community Life teams to implement programs and ensure compliance, delivering a superior resident experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple properties in a regional portfolio.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop property management staff.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to each property to elevate curb appeal and occupancy.
• Identify, attract, hire, and retain top talent per guidelines.
• Mentor and develop high-skill teams for portfolio growth and training.
• Collaborate with development and Community Life teams on programs for residents.
• Ensure timely regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
