Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in property operations, community association management, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of properties.
• Lead, coach, and support General Managers across multiple communities.
• Partner with Executive Leadership to establish and achieve regional goals.
• Build strong relationships with Boards of Directors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Evaluate underperforming properties and implement strategic solutions.
• Ensure proper staffing, hiring, and team development across sites.
• Support new business development and assist with onboarding new accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Travel regularly to properties and attend Board and community meetings as needed.

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements
