Job summary

Based in the Northeast region, you will travel 25–50% and collaborate with sales, engineering, customers, and subcontractors to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing managers in construction operations or project delivery.
• Background in field project management with progression into operations leadership.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong financial ownership, including revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operations managers and project delivery teams.
• Oversee project execution, safety, schedules, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue and profitability across the regional portfolio.
• Set priorities, delegate effectively, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Partner with sales, engineering, customers, and subcontractors throughout project development and execution.
