This senior role oversees a portfolio exceeding $100 million, driving safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance while leading cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver sustainable infrastructure and energy efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or project delivery.
• Experience managing portfolios exceeding $100 million.
• Strong understanding of performance contracting and energy infrastructure delivery models.
• Leadership and development of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software ( Primavera, Procore ).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for construction and project management teams.
• Oversee a project portfolio exceeding $100 million, on time, within budget, and compliant with contracts.
• Manage delivery across performance contracting, design-build, and energy retrofit projects.
• Establish standards, staffing plans, and objectives to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Lead lifecycle project activities from development through closeout and evaluation.
• Drive process improvements, cost control, and risk mitigation across programs.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to support growth and client relationships.
