Job summary

New Iron, Inc. seeks a Director of Project Delivery to lead regional operations across HVAC, electrical, and water infrastructure projects for government facilities, schools, and related sites. This role requires building strong delivery teams and ensuring safe, on-time execution while optimizing profitability.

Based in the Northeast region, you will travel 25–50% and collaborate with sales, engineering, customers, and subcontractors to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing managers in construction operations or project delivery.
• Background in field project management with progression into operations leadership.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong financial ownership, including revenue and profitability.

Travel: 25–50% within the region

New Iron is partnering with a building-systems and infrastructure organization to hire a Director of Project Delivery.

Projects include HVAC, electrical, renewable technologies, and water infrastructure for government facilities, correctional facilities, and K–12 schools.
