Job summary

The role requires construction/leadership experience, knowledge of industrial sectors, and proficiency with project management tools. Expect regional travel within a 200‑mile radius and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; combination of related education and experience acceptable.
• Experience leading construction/industrial projects and teams.
• Familiarity with PM software (MS Project, Primavera) and regional planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day regional office activities within a specific region.
• Foster a safety-first culture across office and site environments.
• Oversee budgets, expenditures, and financial performance for the region.
• Develop and mentor regional staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and regional business development.
• Oversee project delivery to meet scope and budget; coordinate cross-functional teams.
