IDR, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, PMO & Professional Services Delivery to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this leadership role, you will drive successful delivery of IT infrastructure programs and professional services engagements across a growing region.

You’ll partner closely with sales and delivery leadership to ensure strong governance, customer satisfaction, and scalable operational performance within a technology services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading a PMO and/or Professional Services delivery organization within IT services, infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale customer-facing technology projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including ownership of project budgets, forecasting, margins, and commercial performance.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to manage escalations and collaborate across sales and technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities
