Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Director of Services to lead operations across multiple centers in the region, reporting to the EVP of Operations. You will drive clinical excellence, financial stewardship, and staff development in a dynamic pediatric therapy network.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and strong stakeholder collaboration to sustain growth while maintaining ethical, high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional or multi-site healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of direct leadership of large, diverse teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication with direct reports, colleagues, and families.
• Proven ability to execute and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with budgeting and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership and accountability for Practice Managers and Clinical Directors within the assigned region.
• Develop bench strength and internal career progression paths to improve retention.
• Uphold core values and cultivate a high-integrity center environment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and staffing ratios.
• Ensure accurate clinical and operational documentation and reporting.
